Why

Some
VGA cards cannot support the Overlay
display function. Simply select non-overlay
model in the Capture Setting dialog

The
FlyVideo Series allows for powerful
media capabilities only if the proper
WindowsR support software has been
installed. Please install the DirectX
8.0 or above. You can find the DirectX
8.0 from the installation CD disk. |

Now
the installation CD disk only provides
the WDM driver for WindowsR 98 Second
Edition, 2000, ME and XP. If you seek
other operating system drivers, please
see our website. Linux driver is our

Why
can't I capture sound? |

Please
check that the audio cable from the
TV card Line out to the sound card
Line-in is connected. Then, select
that input as the Audio input device
on the Record tab of the Properties
page. |

How
do I copy video to a CD? |
|
First,
check that the CD-writer hardware
and associated software application
is configured properly. Select the
Video CD function and browse through
your computer to find and select the
video file you wish to copy. The video
must be a MPEG file and in 352*240
format for NTSC system or in 352*288
format for PAL system. |

do I achieve the best possible video
quality? |

Getting
a smooth video. |

Click
the capture setting button, and then
select the "enable the overlay
mode".
Notes: If your VGA card can't support
the "Overlay Mode", the
video will appear black. |

Getting
higher resolution. |
| |
Click
the capture setting button, and set
the video resolution to the highest
possible setting.(640*480 for NTSC
system, or 720*576 for PAL system
is recommended.) |
